Left click with your mouse on the START button on your toolbar. Left click again on the RUN button. In the Open space: type in the word Prefetch. Then click OK. Then click on the EDIT button and click Select all. Now hit FILE and then Delete. Then Click Yes. Then click OK. Then Click out of that screen and you are done with this tip. At this time, you can empty your recycle bin. This can be done several times a day if needed to clear some of the clutter.
